The third floor attic in this 1920s-era home in West Hartford, CT, was renovated to include a bedroom/study and storage closets, all accessed by stairs from the second floor study.  The bed in the attic is inside a dormer.  The master bath on the second floor was previously a very small bedroom and now includes the master closet and garden window.  Other renovations to the inner-city home included kitchen, downstairs bath, porches, patio and playhouse, along with exterior landscaping.
