Featured in Fine Homebuilding Magazine as the Best Retirement Home of 2013 (click to see video), this 2010 home in Boerne used a variety of innovative products and techniques to save energy and make it low maintenance, while fitting responsibly into its natural setting.  It was designed to create maximum use of the small lot, and includes a pool overlooking a creek, a guest apartment over the garage, and an 8400-gallon rainwater collection system.
